1. Where do I park?

In NE there are six spots on 32nd Ave with free 2 hour parking Monday through Saturday and free parking all day Sunday. Your best bet is to arrive early and park in the neighborhood behind the studio on Schuyler Street which is Free with no parking limit.

In SE there is free street parking on the strip and throughout the neighboring streets. 

2. What is the cancellation policy?

  1. You have 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule at no additional cost.
  2. If you do not cancel before the 24 hour cut off prior there is a 100% charge for blocking the books.
  3. There is a 100% charge for no call, no show.
  4. If you are running late please let us know ASAP. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment this is considered a late cancellation.

We are a small business by appointment only. When we have last minute cancellations and no shows, we do not have the time to fill the slot with another client. This policy is applied at our discretion.

Please fill out paperwork prior to your appointment. There is an intake form as well as a Covid Liability Waiver you must fill out that will be provided ahead of time.

3. When is the best time to get sugared?

Hair extracts easiest 2-3 weeks after being shaved or waxed. The hair should be close to or at least the length of a grain of rice. If your hair is longer than an inch, please cut or trim down to 1/2 an inch. If you are more sensitive to pain you may take ibuprofen prior to your appointment.

4. What kind of post-service care does sugaring require?

For the first 24-48 hours you should avoid heat, friction and fragrances. After the first 24 hours you can gently exfoliate the area once a week. We can send you home with samples of our bikini care products if you are prone to irritation. 

5. Are there any health considerations with sugaring?

We will have you fill out an intake form to gather information about products you are using and any skin conditions you may have. Skin thinning medications like Retin- A, laser treatments, or chemical peels could result in sugaring complications. We cannot sugar over moles, cold sores or broken skin. 

6. What if my skin has been reactive in the past?

We should discuss any experiences you've had prior to your service. Some guests experience a histamine reaction, small bumps that typically go away after a few hours. Taking an antihistamine like benadryl before your appointment can help.

7. How do I book my appointment?

You can always call, email or text. For your booking convenience you may click below for online service! We update our online booking schedule on a weekly basis, but special timing can be accommodated at our own discretion. A credit card must be held to reserve all bookings. After your initial visit it is our policy to keep a valid card on file at all times.
